Meeting weekly is always best, for the most consistent results, but I have worked with some clients for as long as three years or more. Whether you need just one session, one month, or six, all I ask is that you come consistently to the table ready to put in the work.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All sales are final and non-refundable. Please book your sessions mindfully and commit fully.

What happens if I don’t show up to my session?

If you don’t attend, the session is forfeited. No refunds or reschedules are offered for no-shows.

How late can I be?

I’ll wait up to 5 minutes past the scheduled start time and attempt to contact you twice. If you don’t join, it will be treated as a no-show.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed without notice cannot be rescheduled.

What if I have a medical or work emergency?

I understand that life happens. Medical emergencies, family situations, or unavoidable work obligations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. At my discretion, these sessions may be rescheduled.

What if you (CK Collective) miss a session?

If I ever miss an appointment, you’ll receive a bonus credit in addition to your rescheduled session.
